On March 7, the American cloud-based software company Salesforce introduced Einstein GPT.

Here are four key points:

  • Salesforce claims that the novel tool is the world’s first generative artificial intelligence customer relationship management technology.
  • The solution will leverage OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
  • Among other things, Einstein GPT will leverage AI-generated content in sales, service, marketing, commerce, IT; and it will be able to personalize emails, automate customer support answers, and produce content.
  • It is currently in closed pilot.

This could be an interesting use case for large language models given Salesforce’s ubiquity in the business world.
